This endpoint is hosted by Karhoo for use by Dispatch Management Systems and it should be hosted as a DMS Endpoint for use by Karhoo.
It should check if internal resources like databases or caches are healthy and respond with a HTTP 204 status. Anything else would signal the required services as being down.
