Network SDK:

  • iOS SDK v1.7.0
  • Android SDK v1.6.0

UI SDK:

  • iOS UI SDK v1.10.1
  • Android UI SDK v1.8.1

What's New?

New features

Checkout
The checkout was made more fluid, after payment details entered and authorised, the traveller is automatically routed to the confirmation or allocation screen without any additional validation from him.
The flow has been simplified with the removal of the payment cell, replaced by the appearance of the payment method drop-in after validation of the quote information.

Booking confirmation
The booking confirmation screen for scheduled rides was totally renewed. It has a way more clear design and includes a feature to add the ride to traveller's calendar. The calendar works for native only (Google and Apple) and the permission should be granted by the Partner's app, details here.
For Partner's using the Loyalty feature, this screen includes a reminder of the points earned or burned for the booking.

Localisation

In addition to English, French, Dutch, Spanish, German and Italian, Karhoo UI SDK now supports:

  • Chinese
  • Indonesian
  • Japanese
  • Polish
  • Portugese (Brasilian and Portugal regions)
  • Russian
  • Thai

For a total of 14 localisations.

Other Improvements

  • Improvements for error messages presented to users to cover more detailed use cases.
  • (Android) Update Adyen Drop-in version to the latest to fix incompatibilities with Android 13.
  • (Android) Our new Booking Confirmation screen is matching Accessibility guidelines.
